Why Root Canals Become Necessary
Inside every tooth is soft tissue called pulp.
The pulp contains:
- Nerves
- Blood vessels
- Connective tissue
When bacteria reach the pulp through deep decay, cracks, or trauma, infection develops. Without treatment, the infection can spread into surrounding bone and tissue.

Symptoms may include:
